Officer - Developer & Govt Housing Support

Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operational and customer support responsibilities related to Government Housing Programs and Developers.
Process and follow-up on customer requests, operational transactions, documentation, and pending cases in line with approved procedures and service standards.
Maintain and update customer records, operational trackers, MIS reports, and support-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth operational processing and timely case resolution.
Support achievement of approved TATs, SLAs, and customer service standards for assigned responsibilities and customer interactions.
Identify operational delays, customer issues, and pending requirements and inform the line manager for necessary action and follow-up.
Support compliance with approved policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and departmental initiatives assigned by the line manager.

Key Relationship:
Internal: All Departments in DIB
External: Contractors, Consultants, Developers, Government Housing Programs, Land Departments across all Emirates,        Government Municipalities across all Emirates, Valuators, External Lawyers, Customers.

Education:
Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred)

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 – 3 years of Banking experience
