Officer - Cards Telesales

As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting the leads to successful sales closure.

Your role will involve engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of DIB Credit Card to drive sales growth.

Key Result Areas:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers and promote DIB Credit card product /services.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Develop a deep understanding of DIB Credit card and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referral.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Collaborate with the other stakeholder (Credit & Operations team) to ensure applications are processed with TAT.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• High School and above
• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Sales/Tele Sales Function preferably in Credit Card product from reputed banks & Financial institution
