AVP - Business Automation Technologies (UAE National)

Aligning IT and Business strategy to ensure that Technology is see as enabler to Fulfill Business Objectives. To lead the assigned projects in order to ensure timely completion of Projects Initiatives / Tasks within approved budget in order to meet strategic Technology Road Map

• Manage & own overall Projects Portfolio related to platforms related to Business Automation like FinnOne, HFLMS, SharePoint, Collections) under Business Automation Technologies vertical and related initiatives to ensure that resources are available and channeled to produce the planned deliverables on time and within the approved budget.
• To meet with project sponsor and stakeholders to discuss subject related to the program / projects and provide them with necessary suggestions & recommendations.
• To ensure all the activities comply with policies & procedures of IT Dept & the Bank
• To provide adequate support, guidance & motivation to the team members in order to ensure the achievement of assigned projects
• To review and provide regular Portfolio status reports in order to update the management regarding status of current project initiatives and/or on the tasks assigned.
• Responsible to provide audit input requirements, close all assigned audit observations and provide closing evidences related to your area to IT-QA team or Audit team in a timely manner.

Responsible for leading transformation / automation for his respective Business unit to support overall strategy transformation

Education

Min Bachelors Degree in IT/Business

Master Degree will be advantage

Work Experience

Min 10+ years in Information Technology

Must have hands on experience in implementing banking applications
