Manager - Advanced Analytics Technologies (UAE National)

This role will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of the organization's Advanced Analytics Technologies

1. Develop, execute and oversees the organization's Advanced technologies strategy to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
2. Responsible for development, implementation and support of sophisticated analytics strategies leveraging advanced tools such as SAS Viya, SAS EG, SAS RTDM, Python, R, and Jupyter Notebooks. Your role will focus on driving innovation by aligning with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives while ensuring robust model governance and effective stakeholder communication and management
3. Expertise and hands on experience in using and deploying uses cases on LLM frameworks such as OpenAI, Google Bert etc
4. Proficiency in NLP tools and deploying use cases for text data processing and model training etc.
5. Ensure seamless integration of the such technologies and associated platform with other enterprise systems and applications.
6. Drive adoption of such technologies and tools and provide training to teams for effective utilization.
7. Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions to streamline business processes and deliver data-driven insights.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement intelligent automation across customer service, sales, marketing, and other business functions.
9. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
10. Collaborate with business units, IT, and external vendors to align compliance technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
11. Present project updates, progress reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership
12. All the above accountabilities include but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager

Education

Min bachelor’s degree in IT Engineering with statistics background a plus

Work Experience

Min 12 to 16 years in leading Advance Analytics roles in financial industries
